One Less Car!
As HR professionals in Northern Virginia with an employee base facing increasing traffic challenges associated with the Dulles Metrorail and HOT Lanes projects, NOVA SHRM wants to ensure that you have resources to bring to your employees. We thank Glenn Hiner, Transportation Planner from the Employer Services Division of the Fairfax County Dept of Transportation, for his informative session on their "One Less Car!" campaign. Glenn shared many free and inexpensive resources with our attendees on topics such as online ride matching, density plots, transit benefits and new incentives for commuting and teleworking at our February 25th meeting.
For those who were unable to attend or would like a re-cap of the resources shared at that meeting, please see "Useful Tranportation, Commuter Benefit and Telework Links" under the "Links" section found at the left-hand side of this page.
For more information, please call Glenn Hiner at (703) 877-5604.
