Talent Acquisition & Management SIG

The mission of Talent Acquisition & Management (TAM) Special Interest Group (SIG) is to bring together a diverse group of practitioners including workforce planners, staffing and onboarding specialists, generalists, and senior leaders to share ideas, challenges, technologies, strategies and best practices of talent acquisition and management. Our vision is to become a powerful professional community committed to the advancement of talent acquisition and the companies we represent.

Specific programs and objectives range from workforce planning, recruiting, selection and onboarding to retention and measuring metrics. In addition, we will offer diverse perspectives of latest trends and technologies specific to talent acquisition and management.

Our meetings are held bi-monthly and include networking opportunities for professionals working in or with specific interest in the talent acquisition and management field. Most programs provide HRCI certification hours, so make your education count!
