Compensation & Benefits SIG
The mission of the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Special Interest Group (SIG) is to provide learning and development opportunities for compensation and benefits (C&B) professionals, increase understanding and foster effectiveness as a strategic partner through the responsible management of resources, as well as keeping abreast of new developments.
We also strive to provide networking opportunities for professionals with a specific interest in C&B. After all, it's always time to improve benefits and review compensation practices. If you enjoy benefits and compensation, you've found the right place. Any professional interested in or who works in the C&B field is welcome to attend our presentations and meetings.
Our meetings are bi-monthly and we also offer special programs on related subject matter. Most programs provide HRCI certification hours so make sure to make your education count!
