Employee Relations SIG
The mission of the Employee Relations (ER) Special Interest Group (SIG) is to offer learning and development opportunities for individuals by hearing dynamic speakers in the fields of Employee Relations, Legal trends, Benefit and related tools supporting positive organizational effectiveness, as well as keeping us abreast of new developments.
We also strive to provide networking opportunities for professionals with a specific interest in ER. After all it is always time to positively impact working relationships! If you enjoy Employee Relations related activities you've found the right place. Any professional interested in or who works in the ER field is welcome to attend our presentations and meetings.
Our meetings are bi-monthly and we also offer special programs on related subject matter. Most programs provide HRCI certification hours so make sure to make your education count!
