Senior HR VPs/Directors SIG
La Madeleine in Tysons Corner (1915-C Chain Bridge Rd., McLean)
The purpose of the Senior HR VPs/Directors Special Interest Group (SIG) is to provide senior level HR professionals with a forum to discuss a wide variety of strategic and tactical HR topics relevant and meaningful to the group’s members. The meeting format is an informal discussion group (e.g., no presentations) with topics suggested by members of the group. In between meetings, members network and support one another by sharing information via e-mail.
The Senior HR VPs/Directors SIG invites senior level HR professionals (i.e., Director of HR, VP of HR, Senior VP of HR) to join the on-going monthly informal discussion gatherings at La Madeleine in Tysons Corner (1915-C Chain Bridge Rd. McLean, VA 22102) every first Wednesday of the month from 7:30am to 9:00am.

Tracey Finn, SPHR
Director of Human Resources, North America for ENVIRON International Corporation in Arlington, VA. With over 25 years of HR experience, prior roles include human resources management and leadership experience in the real estate, telecommunications and retail industries. Tracey holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.A. in Human Resources Development from Webster University; she also completed the Emerging Leaders Program at the Daniels College of Business/University of Denver. In addition, she holds her SPHR certification.
Melanie Ott, CSC, SPHR
President and founder of Leap Forward Coaching, L.L.C. an executive coaching firm dedicated to helping people gain greater satisfaction and success in their professional and personal lives. With over 25 years of human resource experience, she also serves as Sr. HR Development Director for NCTM, adjunct professor for George Mason University, and as a professional trainer for SHRM. She holds a B.S. in Business from University of Maryland, a Master’s in Adult Learning and Human Resource Development from Virginia Tech, and is a Certified Success Coach (CSC) and SPHR.
