From the appointment of Secretary Solis to lead the Department of Labor, Wilma Lieberman to Chair the National Labor Relations Board, and Congress' legislative agenda, including passage of GINA and EFCA on the horizon, employers -- large and small, union and non-union -- must be prepared for big changes ahead in the workplace. In 2009, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission received the second highest number of discrimination complaints in its history.
