About the Program:
Every frustrated leader eventually shrugs and wants to tell employees “Leave your sob stories, excuses, jealousies, negativity, and complaints at the door. DON'T BRING IT TO WORK….. JUST DO YOUR JOB!!!   If it were only that easy, leading, managing, and supervising would be stress free and fiscally sound. If you as a team leader or supervisor want less stress and more productivity, then this workshop is for you.

Dr. Sylvia Lafair author of  “Don’t Bring It to Work: Breaking the Family Patterns that Limit Success”, offers the way OUT of the swirling, spiraling sensitivities that cause team conflict, low moral, and high blood pressure.  The OUT technique teaches you to Observe, Understand, and Transform behaviors that interfere with company productivity, team collaboration, and personal fulfillment.

The OUT technique helps individuals, teams and whole companies become Pattern Aware. Power games, favoritism, shaming, blaming, judging are replaced with spontaneity, responsibility, appreciation, cooperation, and accountability. We have seen increases in sales, customer satisfaction, loyalty, decreases in sick days, human resource interventions, and legal hassles.

Being Pattern Aware is the work of 21st century leaders. Cognitive thinking, emotional intelligence, and relationship dynamics are combined in a user friendly way with a powerful systems’ perspective.

Who should attend this workshop and why?
Senior thought leaders and HR Executives need to be mentors, conflict masters and strong communicators to build a work culture of trust, collaboration and accountability. The content of this workshop provides the skill to be a 21st Century leader.  It goes beyond emotional and social intelligence to have the core competencies of mastering strong, collaborative work relationships where employees can be productive, engaged, and accountable. 2008 Superior Merit Award
