Are you an HR professional that gets anxious when you hear the phrase “data analytics”?  If so, join us on June 23rd as we demystify the topic of data analytics.

This session is for the HR practitioners that eagerly avoid math and get anxious when they hear the phrase "data analytics". It's not as scary or complex as you think, and we plan to prove it to you! Attend this session as we shed light on the basics of data analytics, as well as common metrics and how they are used to solve business problems. There will also be plenty of time to ask questions of our resident experts in a safe, “non-geek” atmosphere. Participants will leave with the fundamentals and we promise there won’t be a math pop quiz at the end!

Learning Objectives:
By the end of my presentation, a participant will be able to:
  • Understand common metrics and how they are used to solve business problems
  • Understand the components and resources needed to create metrics
  • Learn about case studies of organizations and how they are using analytics
