Ms. Randolph has served in the capacity of Human Resources Manager for Koniag Development Corporation at both the subsidiary and holding company levels. She was instrumental in building the corporation’s human resources infrastructure, which included standing up a centralized human resources shared services center to streamline processes and consolidating benefit plans across the subsidiaries to more effectively manage rising healthcare costs. Through her demonstrated ability to implement new policies and procedures, Ms. Randolph’s efforts have improved efficiencies and increased the company’s competitive advantage. Her professional goal is to continue to be an effective team member by collaborating with operations and implementing programs that achieve organizational goals.

Ms. Randolph recognizes that the role of a Human Resources leader is to manage the balance between serving as the employee advocate and as a business partner with the management team. In doing so, she has been successful at operating at both the tactical and strategic levels during her eleven years with the Koniag.
Karen holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. Karen is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has been a member of NOVA SHRM since 2006.
