Job Bank

Our Job Bank has 4 unique functions:
  • NOVA SHRM members can post a resume by clicking Job Bank and Member Login, where they are able to click on "Post a Resume," once they have successfully logged onto the chapter website;
  • Employers can "Post Jobs" at no cost by registering on the NOVA SHRM Website and activating an employer account. Once approved, employers are able to post job opportunities for 45 days;
  • Chapter Members are able to "View Resumes" and are able to contact a prospective candidate either directly or through a blind email format (i.e. personal information can be hidden at the discretion of the candidate);
  • Visitors to www.novashrm.org can "View Job Postings" made available by prospective employers; contact information from the employer will automatically be displayed and/or links directly to the employer Website will be provided.

For those individuals who would like to expand their search to the national level, the Northern Virginia Chapter Job Bank also includes a link to the SHRM HRJobs Employment Center (www.shrm.org/jobs).

Feedback concerning this site, suggestions for improvement, and other recommendations should be directed to Taris Jordania, VP of Communications, at TARIS_JORDANIA@yahoo.com.
