Letter of Agreement

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM: ____________________________________

As a NOVA SHRM Sponsor, you will be required to sign the following Letter of Agreement.

Responsibilities of Sponsorship:
As a sponsor of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management, I and representatives of my organization agree to:

  1. Adhere to the Chapter Code of Conduct.
  2. Pay the sponsorship fee in full prior to receiving the applicable sponsorship benefits described.
  3. Refrain from directly soliciting chapter members at any chapter event.
  4. If given access to Chapter mailing labels, refrain from photocopying, transcribing or duplicating the data contained in the labels in any way.

I understand that if I, or any representative of my organization, fail to adhere to these responsibilities, then NOVA SHRM can ask my organization to withdraw sponsorship and forfeit all sponsorship benefits and fees.
