Tiffany A. Irving is a Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. She is currently the Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition at Lidl US. Prior to her current role at Lidl US, Tiffany was responsible for building and leading a global Talent Acquisition function at Under Armour. Tiffany is passionate about hiring and cultivating high-performing recruiting teams. She is well known for her ability to partner closely with business leaders to identify strengths and pain points in the TA process and execute an effective strategy to close process gaps.

 

 


   


LaToya May-Turner - Director of Talent Acquisition

LaToya May-Turner is Director of Talent Acquisition for Nestlé USA. As a leader within the largest global food and beverage company, she leads a diverse team tasked with securing top talent for the organization. LaToya has over 21 years of experience in various aspects of human resource management, including more than 10 years across Nestlé USA. Throughout her career, LaToya has proven herself to be an avid champion of change who drives excellence, accountability and transformative results at all levels. Prior to joining Nestlé, LaToya held HR roles at PepsiCo and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. 

 

   
 

 

Debbie Tang - Partner

She began her career as an attorney at Troutman Sanders and Reed Smith.
