Total Rewards

The mission of the Total Rewards (TR) Special Interest Group (SIG) is to provide learning and development opportunities for Total Rewards professionals, increase understanding, foster effectiveness as a strategic partner through the responsible management of resources, as well as keeping abreast of new developments.

We also strive to provide networking opportunities for professionals with a specific interest in total rewards. After all, it's always time to improve benefits and review compensation practices. If you enjoy benefits and compensation, you've found the right place. Any professional interested in total rewards or who works in the field is welcome to attend our presentations and meetings.

Our meetings are bi-monthly and we also offer special programs on related subject matter. Most programs provide HRCI certification hours so make sure to make your education count!
