Employee Relations & Engagement

The mission of the Employee Relations & Engagement (ERE) Special Interest Group (SIG) is to offer learning and development opportunities for individuals by hearing dynamic speakers on positive organizational effectiveness as well as keeping us abreast of new developments.

We also strive to provide networking opportunities for professionals with a specific interest in employee relations & engagment. After all, it is always time to positively impact working relationships! If you enjoy Employee Relations & Engagement-related activities, you've found the right place. Any professional interested in or who works in the field is welcome to attend our presentations and meetings.

Our meetings are held bi-monthly and we also offer special programs on related subject matter. Most programs provide HRCI certification hours so make sure to make your education count!
